Biography

As a Founding Partner of Garvey Shearer Nordstrom, David is an accomplished civil litigation attorney, licensed in both Ohio and Kentucky. David leads the firm in its mission to deliver efficient, cost-effective outcomes for insurance companies and small businesses across Kentucky and Ohio.

With over 3 years of experience and more than 75 cases tried to verdict, David’s command in the courtroom is unmatched. His extensive trial work includes matters such as:
