Biography
Jessica joined Garvey Shearer Nordstrom in 2018 and represents clients in state and federal courts in Kentucky, Indiana, and Ohio. She handles a broad range of cases, including insurance defense, appellate work, insurance coverage, bad faith, commercial and contract litigation, personal injury and property damage, and employment and business disputes. Jessica manages client needs from pre-suit investigation to post-judgment relief, including trial proceedings and mediation.
Prior to joining GSN, Jessica navigated personal injury cases from the plaintiff’s side. She also represented Kentucky state employees in wrongful termination actions; represented clients through EEOC complaints; defended juvenile and adult clients accused of crimes at both the trial and appellate level; and guided families through domestic violence, custody, divorce, and post-decree actions.
