Biography

Jason Abeln is a Shareholder and one of the founding attorneys of Garvey Shearer Nordstrom. With more than two decades of legal experience, Jason has established a reputation for navigating complex litigation with strategic precision and a deep command of the facts.

A seasoned litigator, Jason possesses extensive first-chair trial and arbitration experience. He has secured successful results both at trial and through dispositive motions, and is adept at handling high-stakes injury and property damage claims seeking multiple millions of dollars in damages. Beyond the trial level, Jason is a formidable appellate advocate, leveraging his skill in persuasive legal writing to brief complex matters before state and federal appellate courts.
